PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic hard coat resin composition capable of forming a hard coat film having both antistatic performance and transparency. SOLUTION: The antistatic hard coat resin is characterized in composition comprises a compound having a (meth)acryloyl group in its molecule and 5-50 pts.wt. surface modifying particles based on 100 pts.wt. of the compound. A molding of the composition is provided.
