PURPOSE: A device for assisting the departure of a vehicle on a slope is provided to prevent a vehicle from moving back after a temporal stopping on a slope and prevent the generation of lining drag. CONSTITUTION: A device for assisting the departure of a vehicle on a slope includes a pressure reduction valve(150) connected to an air tank(110) for reducing a pressure of compression air in the air tank to a proper level to transmit, and a solenoid valve(170) mounted to the pressure reduction valve to be opened via a pressure reduction control tube(160) in case of braking and closed when the braking is released, wherein the solenoid valve is connected to a second relay valve(180) which receives the compression air from the air tank via a seconds supply tube(210), the second relay valve is mounted with a second control tube(190) to be connected to a first relay valve(130), and a control unit(260) is connected to the solenoid valve for controlling the opening and closing manipulation of the solenoid valve according to the braking or brake-released state detected by a brake switch and other corresponding sensors.
