PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the inconvenience that a merchandise package for display and a tester for confirming the coincidence of an adapter exist completely separately. SOLUTION: This display device 1 consists of merchandise 2, being one of two parts to be screwed, a lower horizontal bar 7 for hanging the merchandise package for display 6 packaged together with an adapter 5 with three different kinds of male/female screws, where the sizes of the screw parts on one side to be interposed and use between the two parts are different from each other and the sizes of the screw parts of the other side are common, and an higher horizontal bar 10 to which a vertical display plate 9 made of synthetic resin displaying a merchandise name 8 at its tip is fixed. At the plate 9, the testers 19 for confirming the coincidence of the adapters provided with the screw parts 3A, 3B and 3C on one side of the three adapters 5 and the same-kind screw parts 18A, 18B and 18C of the respectively same size are formed by the same number with the adapters 5.
