PURPOSE: An activated lure for fishing is provided to easily entice and capture fish by causing visual interest, to promote the capture of fish, and to achieve mass production thereof. CONSTITUTION: The activated lure for fishing is comprised of a lure body(1) made of rubber or synthetic resin material and formed with a fishing string loop(3) on the back portion; a driving shaft device(15) having a windup spring handle(10) separably coupled on the one end, a main driving gear(11) on the center portion, and a windup spring(13,14) wound on both sides of the main driving gear, the one end of the windup spring is fixed to a support shaft(12); a speed reduction device(19) having several transmission shafts(16,17,18) arranged successively, to which transmission gears(16a,17a,18a) are fitted; a speed increase rotating shaft device(21) having a driving gear(20) engaged with the transmission gear of the speed reduction device; a waterwheel(22,23) having plural wing members installed at both ends of the speed increase rotating shaft device; and a support(9) for bearing the driving shaft device, the speed reduction device, and the speed increase rotating shaft device.
