PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack facility capable of reducing a work time in transferring a cargo. SOLUTION: This rack facility is provided with storage racks A where plural cargo storing parts D for storing pallets PL loaded with articles F are installed in multiple vertical tiers and horizontally side by side, and a stacker crane C having a lift table 3 vertically moved and a fork device 5 installed on the lift table 3 for receiving and delivering the pallets PL between the cargo storing parts D and a cargo mounting table E2 of a receiving-delivering port. The rack facility is so structured that when the fork device 5 is moved between the cargo storing parts D of a pair of the storage racks A, the fork device 5 is moved forward and backward from the extension limit position of the cargo storing part D of one-side storage rack A to the extension limit position of the cargo storing part D of the other-side storage rack A without stopping it. This structure reduces the transfer work time by moving the fork device 5 forward and backward between the extension limit positions without stopping.
