PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to add a predetermined additive in optical alignment materials for forming an alignment layer, so as to improve optical stability and enhance cross reactivity. Accordingly, an effect of improving image sticking is secured. CONSTITUTION: An additive and a photoinitiator are added to optical alignment layers(403a,403b) between an upper substrate(401) and a lower substrate(402). The additive added to the optical alignment layers(403a,403b) is one of benzotriazol, silane, acrylate and UV(Ultraviolet) epoxy, to form the optical alignment layers(403a,403b). The additive is added to be a density included within 8% for a density of solid in alignment solution. And the photoinitialtor is added to a density included with 4% for a density of solid in the alignment solution. Therefore, optical stability is improved and cross reactivity of the optical alignment layers(403a,403b) is enhanced, thereby improving image sticking. |
