PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor whose bearing fixing adhesive does not come off. SOLUTION: The outer ring of a second ball bearing 10 is fitted in the second ball bearing fitting space 20 in the bearing holder 12 of a second end bracket 14, and a leaf spring ring 22 is disposed in the space 21 formed continuously to the second ball bearing fitting space 20 to energize the outer ring of the second ball bearing 10 toward the first end bracket 13. The leaf spring ring 22 has hills and dales formed alternately in its circumference. Screws 25 are inserted to the threaded holes 24 made on the second end bracket 14 until their tops touch the dales of the leaf spring.
