PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact luminous ceiling system, which facilitates its storage, conveyance and assembly. SOLUTION: The luminous ceiling system has a plurality of long-sized panel members (1) having a bending type sectional shape and being arrayed in parallel, rod-shaped panel-member connectors (2) having approximately same size as the panel members (1) and two groves (7) for parallel connection along the longitudinal direction for connecting the mutual adjacent panel members at each side edge section, panel-body supporting members (4) having a shape corresponding to the sectional shape of a panel body (8) formed by connecting the panel members (1) and supporting the panel body (8) at both end sections of front-rear sections, and a ceiling mounting frame (5) bearing the panel body (8) and the panel-body supporting members (4) and being fitted to a ceiling. |
