PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key switch device, and a keyboard and electronic apparatus having the key switch device, which enables the silent operation of a key. SOLUTION: In a membrane switch sheet 16 disposed under a guide member 14 for guiding vertical movement, of a key top 11, a space 52 as a region S corresponding to an edge of a lower end of a key top 11 while having a width D larger than a width d of the lower end edge of the key top 11 is formed between a lower surface of an upper-side switching sheet 32 and an upper surface of a lower-side switching sheet 33 which interposing dot spaces 50, 51, respectively. Even when the lower end edge 11A of the key top 11 is collided with the upper surface of the upper-side sheet 32 upon pressing down of the key top 11, an impact caused by the collision of the lower end edge 11A of the key top 11 with the upper-side sheet 32 is relieved by the interposition of the space 52 formed between the upper-side sheet 32 and the lower-side sheet 33, thereby eliminating the collision noise.
