PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of an apparatus as a whole by effectively utilizing refrigerant vapor, when the need for cooling using heat on the side of utilization is small. SOLUTION: There is provided a freezing circuit (20) of an absorption freezing cycle, that includes a producer (23), a condenser (24), a vaporizer (21), and an absorber (22). A vapor turbine (40) is provided, which produces power by receiving water vapor produced in the producer (23) of the freezing circuit (20), and returns the water vapor to the absorber (22). An auxiliary power generator (50) is coupled to the vapor turbine (23). The producer (23) of the freezing circuit (20) communicates with the condenser (24) and the vapor turbine (40) through a high pressure three-way valve (41), and the absorber (22) is communicated with the vaporizer (31) and the power generator (40) through a low- pressure three-way valve (43). Water vapor from the producer (23) flows through the condenser (24), corresponding to a cold heat load, and excess water vapor flows through the vapor turbine (23).
