PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape of a plug, not only apparently resembled to a small fish, but also matched to the living situation, habit, living condition or the like of a fish. SOLUTION: The tail part of the plug is regulated so as to be shaken right and left as the actual fish swims. The reflected light of scales of the small fish is regulated so as to be watched by the fish present at every position. An wave motion at the time when the small fish swims is caused so as to appeal to the lateral lines of the fish. The tale part of the plug is formed into a flat shape. Ruggedness is formed on both side surfaces of the plug, and a coating material with lames is applied thereto. Vertical cuts in the side view are formed on the right and left side surfaces of the plug, and the cut parts are scooped in the head direction of the plug so as to cause the wave motion.
