PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary induction electrical device, capable of preventing high cost and forming a primary coil of 60-degree winding type. SOLUTION: Secondary coils 4a, 4b are wound around the outer periphery of a core via a secondary resin-made coil bobbin 14 as a secondary coil support member, and a primary coil 10 is wound around the outer periphery of the secondary coil 4b as 60-degree winding type via a primary resin-made coil bobbin 15 as a primary coil support member. The barrel portion 15a of the primary coil bobbin 15 is a slanted surface 15at, in which outer diameter gradually increases from one end to the other end.
