PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a clip is provided to improve the productivity of the clip by forming the clip in a pressing section and to form the clip in various shapes by adjusting an angle of the pressing section. CONSTITUTION: A clip manufacturing apparatus comprises a supplying section(100) for supplying high carbon steel, which is material for the clip. A conveying section is provided to transfer the material supplied from the supplying section(100) while elastically supporting the material. The material transferred to the conveying section is pressed by a pressing section(300), so that the clip is formed. A packaging section is provided to pack the clip. The supplying section(100), conveying section, pressing section(300) and the packaging section are controlled by a control section(500). The supplying section(100) includes a body(110) having a rotating member(111). The conveying section includes the first conveying section having a pair of rotating rollers, the second conveying section having conveying rollers which are offset from each other, and the third conveying section having conveying rollers which are offset from each other.
