PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch panel device tactually confirming the position of a switch without visually observing it and providing a superior operation performance and click sense. SOLUTION: A planar switch 2 and opening parts 3 are disposed on a base plate 1 adjoining to each other in a matrix shape and an expandable film 4 is so disposed as to cover them. Valves 5 are installed in the opening parts 3 and a compressor 6 is connected to the valves 5. A button-shaped signal generator 7 is provided and a valve controller 8 is connected thereto. The valve controller 8 controls respective valves 5 in a delivery position or a suction position according the button-shaped signal from the button-shaped signal generator 7.
