PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correspond to the form of plan data being different at each unit and to shorten a design time when a program and a database corresponding to the number of units are designed. SOLUTION: A plan data setting device for managing each plan data of each unit in a production line at one place is constituted in such a way that plan data is stored by division in two information, i.e., plan value data being a data value to be stored itself and plan format data for indicating an attribute provided in plan value data, for example, a size and a storage form, etc., when plan data is stored. Then a storage part for storing plan value data and a storage part for storing plan format data are constituted in the same structure regardless of the form of plan data.
