PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strength reinforcing treatment method for a fiber reinforced cement board capable of improving mechanical strength of the fiber reinforced cement board such as a slate board and provide a coating method and a reflection thermal insulation treatment method capable of prolonging its service life further. SOLUTION: Penetrating cement reinforcing agent is applied on a surface of the fiber reinforced cement board. Penetrating cement reinforcing agent is applied again on the surface of the fiber reinforced cement board, and next low pollution type paint or reflection thermal insulation paint is applied thereon.
