PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packed healthy food having remarkably high quality and safety, rich in nutritive values and practically excellent in preservation resistance by applying a cultured raw chlorella liquid to annihilate various germs in the stock liquid, retaining chlorella essence and chlorophyll as they are. SOLUTION: This vacuum frozen processed food including a liquid raw chlorella as a main component is obtained by preparing green transparent bulk ice by rapidly freezing a cultured raw chlorella liquid in a low temperature atmosphere in an arbitrary shape and packing the green transparent bulk ice in a packaging vessel and sealing under vacuum.
