The invention discloses a new polypeptide- human acyl CoA synthetase 11.77, the polynucleotide encoding sasid polypeptide, and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombiannt DNA technology. It also discloses methods of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various diseases, such as lipid metabolism disorders, red blood cell disease, water electrolyte disorder. This invention also discloses antagonist against said polypeptide and thereof therapy uses. In addition, it refers to the use of said polynucleotide encoding this new human acyl CoA synthetase 11.77. |
