PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforated waterproofing sheet and its waterproofing method capable of promoting waterproofing property, reducing material and working costs and simplifying site work. SOLUTION: The perforated waterproofing sheet for perforating 2 to 6 holes with 1 to 10 mm of the length of one side at 3 to 50 mm intervals in the sheet is manufactured, the sheet is laid on the waterproof surface to which primer is applied, and the waterproofing method is so constituted that an adhesive is applied to hole parts in the perforated waterproofing sheet to pour the adhesive from the hole parts to make the spot connection of the only circumferences of the hole parts of the perforated waterproofing sheet to the waterproof substrate surface and that a waterproofing material is applied to the surface of the perforated waterproofing sheet.
