METHOD FOR MASS PRODUCING OF WILD KOREAN GINSENG(PANAX GINSENG C.A.MEYER) BY BIOTECHNOLOGICAL TECHNIQUE

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for mass producing of Wild Korean ginseng(Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer) in vitro by axenic culture in an incubator using biotechnological technique. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: culturing the leaf, stem, root and tissue pieces of the seedling of Wild Korean ginseng(Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer) and inducing calluses and somatic embryos; germinating the above somatic embryos by adding 0.1-100μM Gibberellin; inducing secondary somatic embryos then germinating them; transplanting young plants obtained therethrough to the soil then obtaining saplings.
