PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the composite vibrator that has a wide frequency variable range and prevents a frequency jump from taking place. SOLUTION: The composite vibrator consists of parallel connection of 3 piezoelectric vibrators each having an upward convex 2nd-order frequency temperature characteristic, in which a resistor is inserted to each terminal of the two piezoelectric vibrators whose apex temperature resides in a low temperature side and a high temperature side.
