PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state laser oscillator of high peak power capable of high speed drive using plural laser diodes(LDs) for solid-state laser excitation. SOLUTION: Plural LDs 1 for stimulation capable of pulse oscillation are used and turned to stimulation light sources for irradiating the same solid-state laser medium 2 and oscillation pulses for the respective LDs 1 for the stimulation to irradiate the slid-state laser medium 2 are turned to the same cycle and a phase is shifted and offset. Thus, a solid-state laser is pulse excited in a cycle shorter than an oscillation cycle intrinsic to the respective LDs 1 for the stimulation. |
