PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined apparatus capable of enabling or disabling a printer or facsimile in the combined apparatus for every user. SOLUTION: In combination of a printer with a facsimile in the combined apparatus, whether or not the printer or the facsimile is selectable is collated for every user, and the printer is enabled for a printer-selectable user found from the collating while the facsimile is enabled for a facsimile-selectable user found from the collecting. This can meet users' requests about the charge and the utilizing mode of the combined apparatus.
