<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of facility cost, to vary a flow prompting direction, to promote flow while a natural environment is naturally kept and to increase eductor effect. SOLUTION: A rotation driving mechanism which rotates/drives a stream generator 2 that locally generates a stream by the power of the stream is installed in a water area. Since the flow velocity of the circulated stream is slow to a degree that does not disturb the natural environment and the whole circulating stream is generated for long time, driving water and driving force, which are used for the stream generator 2, are small but the stream immediately after it is discharged from the generator has power sufficient to rotate and drive the stream generator 2 at slow angular velocity, especially, prescribed angular velocity. Then, the flow promoting direction changes with the rotation and eductor effect for effectively promoting flow can be increased much more with the rotation.</p> |
