PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embossed Al alloy plate which is thin-walled and weight-reduced and improves the formability of the pressing or the like without degrading characteristics of the embossed plate. SOLUTION: In this embossed plate, a large number of embossed projections and recesses are provided in a grid-shaped array on one surface or both surfaces of the aluminum alloy thin plate, and the side distances 1a and 1b or 1c and 1d of the grid X connecting tops of the projections and recesses are 5-15 mm, and the heights h1 and h2 of the projections and recesses are 1-2.5 mm.
