<p>A card issuance application device for allowing a customer to connect an Internet-integrated portable telephone so called portable telephone or a personal computer directly to a correspondent bank card center through the Internet when necessary at any place and to apply issuance of a card. A card database management device is also disclosed. A card issuance application device for issuing a card according to the signal transmitted through the Internet when a customer inputs data into a portable telephone or personal computer of the customer with reference to the card issuance application guide of the travel card service provided in a card issuance application device of a bank card center is disclosed. A card database management device for managing a file containing pre-registered information on a customer such as the name, address, date of birth, gender, identification number, settlement account number, identification number of the account, and password and a pull-down menu file for searching for and selecting a country where the customer is to travel and a foreign business collaboration bank so as to effectively perform card issuance procedure and card data creation is also disclosed.</p> |
