PURPOSE: Provided is an anticancer food composition and its manufacturing method by using an olive, a scallion, an arcon, a fig, a pomegranate, a grape and a garlic. CONSTITUTION: The anticancer food composition is manufactured by mixing an olive, a scallion, an arcon, a fig, a pomegranate, a grape and a garlic then blending them; freeze-drying them at -40 deg.C; pulverizing them into powders; and formulating powders into a tablet. Therefore, the composition has anticancer effects and relieves constipation.
