PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate bias voltage generating circuit in which reduction of occupancy area, reduction of power consumption, making design easy, and improving yield are realized. SOLUTION: As oscillation outputs which are different for each detector signal outputted in a first detector circuit 11 and a second detector circuit 21 are obtained from a first ring oscillator 12 and a second ring oscillator 22 corresponding to each detector circuit, and one of the oscillation output is selected by a selector 30 and outputted, one pump circuit 40 can be used being shared.
