PURPOSE: A system for creating a wireless Internet address preparing the IMT-2000 is provided to recognize and use a domain name easily by selecting a mobile telephone number as an Internet address using a mobile system and a mobile phone number database. CONSTITUTION: If a user connects(P20) to a Web server for using a Web page for searching a domain using a mobile device and an Internet using program, an information providing server for storing a telephone number classified based on the Web server for servicing a connection of a user-wanted Web page and inputted information and constructing a database based on the information is connected with a Web browser. Mobile phone information constructed in an information providing server adapted to contents to the Web page is selected(P40), and contents adapted to Web page are displayed on the Web browser. The user searches(S50) a mobile phone telephone domain with respect to a pre-registration by checking through the Web browser, and checks registration state information through a domain registration server in the Web browser. If a registration intention is existed, a registration is performed(P70) through a domain registration server when contents with respect to a registration are inputted, and a mobile phone number domain registration or not is displayed on the Web browser. Thus, the user obtains a wanted and competitive mobile phone number domain.
