PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the labor-saving of a facility, to improve the rate of operation of appliances, and to realize the excellent visibility during the ship operation. SOLUTION: This loading-unloading system comprises an unloading system comprising an unloading machine 7 traveling along a bottom wall 5 of a storage tank 4, a horizontal-vertical belt conveyor K having a belt conveyor horizontal part 11 for carrying the unloaded bulk on one side of a ship and a belt conveyor vertical part 12 for carrying the bulk from the belt conveyor horizontal part 11 above a deck 3, and a boom belt conveyor 14 for feeding the bulk on the belt conveyor vertical part 12 to a wharf side, and a loading system which comprises a receiving hopper 17 for receiving the bulk from a loading machine facility on the wharf, a shift belt conveyor 18 for carrying the bulk on the receiving hopper 17 into a ship chute 19, receives the bulk dropped from the ship chute 19 by the horizontal-vertical belt conveyor K and carries it to the boom belt conveyor 14, transfers it from the boom belt conveyor 14 to a shuttle belt conveyor 10, and drops it from the shuttle belt conveyor 10 into the storage tank 4.
