PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backrest cushion preventing a user from feeling the spine ache even if the user uses the cushion for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The cushion of a backrest 4, comprising both side parts 5 and 5 and an upper beam part 6 attached across between upper ends of the both side parts 5 and 5, has a pair of left/right cushion parts 8 and 8 separated at the center, mounted on the upper beam part 6. The cushion prevents the spine of a user from directly abutting to the cushion parts 8 and 8.
