PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera system that can automatically photograph an object without the need for a special component and can immediately obtain the image that is automatically photographed as a printed matter. SOLUTION: In a print mode, when recording paper inserted from the outside of the electronic camera system is carried up to a prescribed position, a printer section is driven to print out image information stored in an image memory onto recording paper (S2-S9). In an automatic photographing mode, when the recording paper is carried at a prescribed position, a camera section is activated to store image information of an object to the image memory (S12-S17). Since automatic photographing is made in timing when the recording paper is carried up to the prescribed position, the automatic photographing can be realized without the need for a self-timer and a display body. Furthermore, successively executing printing after storing the image information to the image memory (S17 to S6-S9) can immediately obtain the image subjected to automatic photographing as a printed matter. |
