PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make both the management and use of personal information compatible and to make electronic mail more convenient. SOLUTION: This is a personal information disclosure system which discloses personal information including an electronic mail address to other persons. The disclosure permission of the personal information of the person oneself is stored in a disclosure permission database system 8 as a storage part. When another person makes a request to disclose the personal information by presenting the electronic mail address and name of the requesting person oneself, an authentication server 9 as a judging means judges whether or not the disclosure request is legitimate by using the storage of the storage part and a transmitting means sends the personal information to the other person according to the judgment result.
