PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with an elevating table freely elevated by an elevator in an article delivery apparatus provided on an inlet part 2a of a downstream conveyer 2. SOLUTION: Since an endless belt 11 is moved even after it enters the state shown in Fig. 3 (an article W abuts on a guide rail 4 on the front end side of the downstream conveyer 2), an article support roller 14 is rotated clockwise in Fig. 3 and simultaneously wraps around the lower side of a wheel 10, and an article non-support part 11a is again located on the upper side part 10a between the wheels 10. Thus, the outer surface C of the article non-support part 11a is positioned lower than the conveyance surface B of the downstream conveyer 2, so that the article W is placed on the downstream conveyer 2. After that, when the movement of the endless belt 11 is stopped, the downstream conveyer 2 stopped until now is driven to move the article W to the right so that the article W is conveyed to the outlet side (right side) of the downstream conveyer 2.
