THROW-AWAY WEARING ARTICLE OF SHORTS TYPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throw-away wearing article of a shorts type which allows smooth tearing from both sides along joint parts when taking off the article from a lying person. SOLUTION: Front and rear girth areas 20 and 22 of the throw-away wearing article 1 of a shorts type are delineated of a girth opening 6 and a pair of openings 7 around the legs by fastening both side edges 1a and 1b of the girth areas 20 and 22 with the joint parts 5 extending vertically. The respective joint parts 5 have top ends 5a existing on the side of the girth opening 6 and bottom ends 5b existing on the side of the openings 7 around the legs and extend so as to gradually approach a vertical central line X from the top ends 5a toward the bottom ends 5b.
