PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transport completed products and to keep the specified date of delivery. SOLUTION: A product shipment plan is compared with the completed result of practically produced products, and whether the difference between the plan and the execution result is more than a threshold TH1 or not is decided (S202). Unexecuted shipment plan concerned with transport destinations for which the difference is more than the threshold TH1 is extracted (S208) and products are allocated again to the unexecuted shipment plan (S210).
