PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a hot waterproof paper container which is mainly made of a paper base material having superior heatproof, waterproof and hot waterproof characteristics, whose tab part having a small area for pasting formed on the blank of the paper container is adhered satisfactorily strong with a little adhesive agent because the agent is discharged intermittently with no cobwebbing, and whose set-time is shortened. SOLUTION: The basic material structuring this paper container is a paper base material made of a fiber structure in whose all layers in a thickness direction resin is dispersed. A hot-melt material is used on the tab of a container blank for an adherend to form an adhesive layer and integrally stick them together. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
