PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there are many cases where a user has lost a manual of his or her belongings or there are some cases where the manual has information made obsolete and is not useful with respect to a reference of a maker though being found and the problem that it is difficult for the maker to obtain satisfactory data for use condition analysis because the reply rate of a questionnaire conducted on users is low. SOLUTION: These problems are solved by providing a user information storage means which holds user attribute information and belongings information, a product information storage means where product information is stored, a product information providing means which provides information related to user's belongings for the user on the basis of product information, and a user information providing means which provides user information of maker's products for the maker on the basis of user attribute information and belongings information. |
