PURPOSE: A method for composing a web menu is provided to allow a user to select desired information only by displaying on a screen not only a menu provided from a mobile communication company but also a menu defined by the user through a wireless Internet network. CONSTITUTION: A system is comprised of a mobile terminal equipment(100), a gateway(200), a host computer(300), and a user computer(400). The host computer(300) includes a web server(301), a database(DB) server(302), and a file server(303). The web server(301) transmits a web menu stored therein to the mobile terminal equipment(100) through the wireless Internet. The mobile terminal equipment(100) displays the transmitted web menu by using a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) browser. The gateway(200) is an application program mode for connecting the WAP of the mobile terminal equipment(100) and HTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) of the web server(301). The web server(301) provides an environment allowing the user to edit a menu and displays the full image of menu in the form of a web page. The DB server(302) provides information related to an initial web menu of the user as well as information of an ESN(Electronic Serial Number) and a MIN(Mobile Identification Number) assigned to the mobile terminal equipment(100). The file server(303) stores a web menu item edited in the web server(301) and a template menu item provided from a mobile communication company. The user computer(400) connects to the web server(301) through a wire Internet network and then edits the menu as occasion demands.
