PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that merchandise purchase information on customers collected by a POS terminal is used for a material for determining stocking and merchandise assortment and is not provided for the customers. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an information collecting device 101 for collecting merchandise purchase information purchased by customers and identification information for identifying customers, adding the identification information to the merchandise purchase information and transmitting the merchandise purchase information and an information processing device 102 which is connected with the information collecting device 101 via a network 104 and preserves the merchandise purchase information including the identification information transmitted from the information collecting device 101 in an information preserving mechanism. When a request of the merchandise purchase information is received in the information processing device 102 from an information retrieving device 103 of customers via the network 104, the information preserving mechanism is retrieved based on the identification information on customers, an object purchase period and an object merchandise classification condition in the information processing device 102 and pertinent merchandise purchase information is transmitted to a request origin. |
