SOLUTION: The car 1 is provided with a ventilator 10 in its ceiling part, the ventilator 10 is provided with the ventilation duct 10a and a partition board 11 in the ventilation duct 10 a via a hinge 12, the partition board 11 and the ventilation duet 10a are connected by a spring 13, and a fan 12 for ventilation is provided in the ventilation duct 10a.
