PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily absorb an accuracy error of a retainer face by setting to separate the rotation center of a hinge hinging both divided tonneau boards from the retainer face retaining the flush state of the tonneau board body as far as possible and to stably accurately prevent the both divided tonneau boards from being broken by enlarging the retaining force retaining the tonneau board body flush. SOLUTION: The tonneau board body 3 is constituted of a pair of divided tonneau board elements 4 and 5 divided into two in the front/rear direction of a cabin, hinge pieces 6 and 10 are vertically installed in one end sides of the divided tonneau board elements 4 and 5, and the hinge pieces 6 and 10 are mutually rotatably hinged by pins. An overhung part 8 is provided in one end side of one divided tonneau board element 4 and an insertion recess part 9 for inserting the overhung part 8 is formed in one end side of the other tonneau board so that a superimposed part where one end sides of the divided tonneau boards 4 and 5 are mutually superimposed by the insertion recess part 9 and the overhung part 8 is formed.
