PURPOSE: A method for supplying electronic cash is provided to supply electronic cash conveniently in real time using a voice mail service. CONSTITUTION: A service user telephones to a VMS server through 700-service using a wire telephone and a wireless telephone for receiving electronic cash(100). The VMS server queries whether the service user is new service user or an existing service user(110). If a voice response notifying new service user is outputted from the service user(120), the VMS server joins the user as a member and a password is embodied to the new member(130). The VMS server supplies an amount of electronic cash to the new member(140). The VMS server stores information of the new member in a service user database(150). In case of an existing service user, the VMS server requests an input of the user's password(160).
