PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify procedures of transmitting data from a facsimile device to an E mail terminal. SOLUTION: A FAX-E mail transmitter-receiver forms a password and control data (reply address, service selection data) into a database, linking them together, issues the password to a facsimile device, analyses control data which are linked with a password and inputted together with transmission data, and transmits the transmission data to an E mail terminal on the basis of an analysis result.
