PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash structure making no large riser faulting between the lower side of a renovated sash and an indoor floor surface. SOLUTION: The renovated sash 4 is so constituted that a glass ventilator holding frame 20 for holding a glass ventilator 26 is mounted on a mounting auxiliary member 6 fixed to the existing sash 3 at an outside position from an external wall surface 1b of a building so that the lower side of the renovated sash can be approximately flush with the indoor floor surface 24 or lower than that. The renovated sash 4 is supported by a height adjusting bolt erected on an outdoor floor surface.
