PURPOSE: A vehicle travel safety device is provided to prevent the vehicle end portion from being vibrated, by mounting a spoiler between the rear glass and front end of the trunk of motor vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle travel safety device mounted between a rear glass(10) of a trunk(20) of a motor vehicle, comprises a spoiler support section(40) having a rubber packing(40a) mounted inside of the spoiler support section such that the front end of the trunk is inserted into the rubber packing, wherein the spoiler support section is fixed through a bolt(30); and an air flow control plate(50) for controlling flow of the air flowing along the vehicle body during the high speed travel of vehicle while maintaining a predetermined angle of inclination formed from the spoiler support section, and strongly presses the rear end of the vehicle body through the controlled air flow, to thereby prevent the rear end of the vehicle body from being vibrated or lifted.
