AIR STIRRING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air stirring device capable of allowing air flow to spread to the whole circumference without decreasing air pressure. SOLUTION: A first motor 15 is arranged on a base 11, and a sirocco fan 19 is mounted to a first output shaft 16. A second motor 27 is arranged on a case attaching frame 25, and a rotary casing 31 is attached to a downward extending second output shaft 29. The sirocco fan 19 is surrounded with the rotary casing 31. A shielding wall 35 for shielding air flow from the sirocco fan 19 and an opening part as an outlet for the air flow are formed on the rotary casing 31.
