<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an enterprise which uses machine parts to obtain both the accurate diagnostic result of the machine parts and the merchandise information of the machine parts, and to secure quick ordering and delivery, and to allow an enterprise which produces and sells the machine parts to reduce inventory due to preliminary ordering and to realize efficiency due to proper production planning. SOLUTION: A machine part 1 incorporated into a machine 3 of a customer is provided with a sensor 5, and sensor information s1 is transmitted to a line 9. The sensor information s1 is diagnosed by a diagnosing means 14 in a production selling enterprise. Then, diagnostic result information s5 including merchandise information such as the price or delivery information of the machine parts for exchange is transmitted to a line 9 according to the diagnostic result. The customer enterprise transmits consensus information s6 in response to the diagnostic result information s5 to which the merchandise information is attached.</p> |
