PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at a low cost, a means for moving forward a crack developed in a cage for parking device in an intended direction. SOLUTION: A groove 43 for developing and advancing a crack is provided in the reinforcement frame 37 of the cage 30. The groove 43 is formed in the longitudinal direction of a hanger pipe 36 for mounting the reinforcement frame thereon, i.e., along a welding bead 44. The groove 43 comprises a fully cut out complete cutout part 45 and an incomplete cutout part formed so that the groove depth is made shallow gradually.
