PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely obtain the power consumption at a low cost by a simple mean for every household electric appliance. SOLUTION: The rough power consumption is obtained by multiplying the using time in the condition by the power consumption for unit time in a certain condition of service of each of household electrical appliances 1,..., and the rough power consumption obtained for every household electrical appliance 1,... is added to obtain the total rough power consumption. The power consumption ratio of each of the household electrical appliances 1,... is obtained by dividing the rough power consumption by the total power consumption ratio, and the power consumption close to the true power consumption value of each of the household electrical appliances 1,... by multiplying the power consumption ratio by the actually measured power value W.
